Governance
At the outset, the Hub established a governance structure to enable its effective operation. The governance structure for the AAE hub includes a Control Group (CG), Partner Group (PG) and a Project Owner (PO)
The Control Group provides an oversight role and ensure that senior managers and executives are aware of the AAE hub’s activities, endorse key directions and appraise the AAE hub’s performance. The Control Group meets approximately every 2-3 months.
The Partner Group develop objectives for the Hub and establishes performance indicators against which progress can be evaluated. The Partner Group meets approximately every 6 weeks.
